Rackspace reviews & product details
Visit websiteRackspace is one of the oldest managed hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, historically known for its "Fanatical Support" brand positioning and enterprise-focused managed hosting services. The company now primarily focuses on managed private cloud, multi-cloud operations, dedicated infrastructure, hosted email, and enterprise cloud support for AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform environments.
Rackspace targets enterprises that want outsourced infrastructure management, cloud operations, security monitoring, patching, and hybrid cloud expertise rather than self-service cloud infrastructure. The platform provides fully managed dedicated servers, hosted Microsoft Exchange and email services, VMware infrastructure, managed Kubernetes, and private cloud environments with customized enterprise support agreements.
